Gary holds a B.S. in Finance and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. He serves as Director of a current single-family subdivision in Whitney, leveraging extensive experience in home remodeling, painting, roofing, home design planning, and community city planning. With a background as a securities analyst and former commodity trader, Gary is also a real estate investor and a former winemaker. He is the founder, Chairman of the Board, and investor at TTI.

Dan is an owner of several residential properties and the proprietor of F. Teldeschi Winery in California. He brings a wealth of experience as a founder, board member, and investor.

Keith earned a B.S. in Range, Wildlife & Soil Science from Texas Tech University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker with 35 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator. He previously worked at USDA Soil Conservation Service and has a strong background in home building. Keith currently oversees multiple building sub-contractors in Hill County. His family has resided in Whitney for eight generations, and he serves as a board member and shareholder at TTI.

Nicholas holds an MBA from Bayes Business School, London, and a B.S. in Architecture from Texas Tech University. With over fifteen years of experience, he has led numerous residential and commercial design projects. Nicholas is a board member and investor at TTI.

As a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Operations with a strong background in technology, sales, marketing, and team leadership, Gyasi brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to drive operational excellence and business growth. With over a decade of experience in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing business processes, and executing large-scale initiatives, Gyasi has successfully scaled organizations, improved profitability, and enhanced customer satisfaction across multiple sectors.

Ron served in the USMC and later started Syncon Construction Company in 1992. Ron has since that time remodeled and built new homes as well as contracting and constructing commercial buildings. 

As an active community leader, he has sat on various company boards, on veteran and Christian boards for over 20 years.  He and his wife have lived in Whitney for over 30 years. Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to our team.

Ray earned his degree in Commercial Construction Management from Hill College, Cleburne, TX, and MCC, Waco, TX. He is the owner of Tree of Life Construction LLC, specializing in residential and commercial building contracting. Over the past three decades, Ray has completed numerous projects in Hill County and Lake Whitney areas, including new construction, remodeling, and commercial building work. He maintains a strong network of subcontractors in Hill County and is a lifelong resident of Whitney and a shareholder at TTI.

Earned degrees in Mathematics and Physics from MIT, followed by business school at Columbia University. Accumulated over 5 years of investment banking experience specializing in infrastructure at Goldman Sachs and Octopus Renewables in London, England. Currently a joint venture partner with TTI and active investor.

Software engineer specializing in web design. Currently employed by TTI, focusing on web creation and site content analytics.

With over three decades of leadership experience, Jacinda "Jay" Caldwell is a results-driven business strategist, personal coach, and entrepreneur. Jay brings a wealth of business knowledge and multiple contacts as a 10-year resident of Whitney, Texas. She is mainly responsible for development of fun and educational design activities at our onsite TTI complex offering multiple fun  family experiences.
