Yes! We have a selection of pre-designed floor plans that can be customized to fit your style and needs, or you can start from scratch with a fully custom home design.

TTI Floor Plan Options


TTI offers a total of 143 complete floor plans, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of lifestyle needs. The available design plans are categorized by square footage:


• 38 plans ranging from 1,397 to 2,001 sq. ft.

• 40 plans ranging from 2,004 to 2,400 sq. ft.

• 39 plans ranging from 2,434 to 2,880 sq. ft.

• 26 plans ranging from 3,049 to 4,000 sq. ft.


With such a wide selection, there’s a perfect home layout for every lifestyle.

10. How long does it take to build a custom home?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the design, permitting, and construction. On average, the process takes 3-4 months from start to finish.


11. Can I visit the construction site during the build?
Yes! We encourage buyers to visit the site at key milestones to see progress and ensure everything aligns with their expectations.


12. What if I need to make changes during construction?
Changes can be made, but they may affect the timeline and cost. We recommend finalizing design choices early to avoid delays.
