Teamwork Town Inc. (TTI) is proud to introduce its flagship 17-acre commercial development in Whitney, Texas—a vibrant, multi-use destination designed to unite families, athletes, and the broader community while driving long-term economic growth and innovation. Anchored by a dynamic indoor-outdoor facility called the Lake Whitney Activities Center. The center will feature a full-service gym, youth and adult health and wellness/physical training area, mini-golf, indoor basketball and pickleball courts, a kids’ soft play area, and a versatile event center with a state-of-the-art arena. Surrounding outdoor amenities include tournament-ready game areas, a live performance stage, picnic shelters, and more. The Lake Whitney Activities Center when completed, will be the fourth largest non-campus recreation center in northern Texas. And, the only one with multiple family fun and arena shows all indoors.
 

As part of its strategic expansion, TTI is also developing a 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse for operational inventory, a medical center, and a hotel to meet growing visitor demand. Through a new energy partnership with Generac Corp., the site will include robust generator and battery backup systems to strengthen the local grid. TTI is also working with Houston-based Public Content to lead PR efforts and is actively engaged in real estate, hospitality, and restaurant ventures.
